Intro

Welcome. We work with businesses in transition to understand current processes and design and implement systems that address constrictions to growth. We create a comprehensive road map of a business' processes, data management including data storage, security protocols, and structures, operational multi person & department workflows and their dependencies, physical & technical infrastructure including hardware and software. We use this robust map of the current business processes and view it through a compassionate and fearlessly human lens of the events and decisions that went into creating them. We work with businesses to create a overarching framework for processes on the Strategic, Tactical, and Operational levels inspired by the philosophy behind containerization in coding process. The results are measurable communication and operational improvement, novel and practical process generation, and improvement implementation with feedback loops and improvement cycles built in. We can serve as a project manager for implementation or as on going support for your in-house talent to utilize during implementation and as an on going technical support resource.

As companies transition between frameworks within a carefully designed process to ensure the least impact to business functions, we work with businesses to identify and vet ideal software platforms, fractional services and vendors with their data security at the forefront. We work with a number of open source business software, enterprise business software, cloud-services, team based services, and fractional services for businesses. We'll create and maintain a cohesive system of business processes that maximize functional impact to cost and maximize the ROI of our project.
